Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or related discipline.
• Six or more years experience in Human Resources, including five or more years of direct employee relations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday or other HR system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on employment policies and practices to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct effective investigations, draft conclusions and reports.
• Provide direction on a wide range of employee relations issues.
• Become SME in performance evaluation processes and keep up to date on trends.
• Develop and deliver training on goal setting, feedback, and performance review using Workday.
• Interpret policies with knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEO and applicable laws.
