Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Investigator (Employee Relations) to lead objective investigations of sensitive workplace matters. This onsite role requires travel to SpaceX sites and collaboration with HR, IT, Security, and Legal teams.

You will conduct intake, interviews, evidence gathering, and reporting, while maintaining discretion and empathy. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in employee relations investigations are required; US citizenship or eligible status is needed for ITAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years professional experience in employee relations investigations.
• Experience interviewing and gathering evidence across sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sensitive employee relations matters from intake to final report.
• Debrief HR leadership on findings with objectivity.
• Document investigations and summarize findings in a report.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and mitigation options.
• Advise HR partners on investigation best practices.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly.
