Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Investigator (Employee Relations) to lead thorough investigations of sensitive employment matters across sites, collaborating with HR, IT, Security and Legal to deliver objective findings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in employee relations investigations; a Juris Doctor is preferred. On-site work with travel to SpaceX locations; strong communication, empathy and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• JD preferred for enhanced legal/analytic capability.
• Experience with global investigations and manufacturing/engineering settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with HR, IT, Security and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sensitive employee relations matters from intake to final report.
• Objectively debrief HR partners and leadership on findings.
• Document investigations and summarize findings in reports.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and mitigation recommendations.
• Advise HR partners on best practices and handle confidential information.
