Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Investigator to lead complex, high-risk investigations across units. You will handle harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, ethics, and policy issues with significant legal and regulatory implications.

You will partner with HR, Labor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Security and senior leaders to ensure fair, objective, and defensible investigations, manage confidential case files, and testify when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of HR or related experience is required.
• 3 years of Employee Relations or related experience is required.
• Strong business oriented written and oral communications skills
• Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and NLRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations and reports on high-risk employee relations matters.
• Interview witnesses and subjects, and prepare defensible reports.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Security.
• Support EEOC, NLRB, OSHA and agency matters.
• Testify in arbitration and administrative proceedings.
• Deliver training on investigations and respectful workplace practices.
• Identify trends and recommend proactive risk reductions.
• Coordinate with Security and executives during high-profile investigations.
