Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner to lead workplace investigations, provide policy guidance, and drive risk management across the organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to evaluate allegations, ensure lawful, fair outcomes, and safeguard employee relations while aligning with business goals.

The role requires thorough investigations, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant workplace investigations experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent written communication and executive-reporting skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, objective investigations of employee concerns, including complex matters.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies.
• Prepare concise investigative reports and executive summaries with recommendations.
• Advise on corrective actions, risk mitigation, and policy improvements.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and effective case management.
