Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to lead and manage workplace investigations across the organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to assess risk, conduct impartial investigations, and drive consistent application of policies and employment practices.

The role demands strong investigative expertise, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to influence leadership while delivering practical recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant workplace investigations experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Experience with HRIS and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, objective investigations into employee concerns.
• Lead multiple investigations and coordinate with Legal and HR.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and executive summaries.
• Advise stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and use case management systems.
