The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations and investigations. On-site work Monday–Thursday 8–5 and Friday 8–4 is expected; a full benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in direct employee relations and complaint investigations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and benefits regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake point for employee complaints; document intake, investigation steps and resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in all complaint handling; coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Administer employee benefits programs and guide open enrollment and life events.
• Oversee termination process, COBRA notices, and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
