Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert responsible for managing workplace investigations across the organization. This role requires strong investigative expertise, impartial handling of sensitive matters, and collaboration with HR, leaders, and Legal to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant workplace investigations experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or equivalent
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Multi-state experience preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; Workday a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, objective workplace investigations across the organization
• Manage a portfolio of investigations including harassment, discrimination and policy violations
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies in investigations
• Lead investigations and coordinate with stakeholders (including Legal) through the life cycle
• Prepare clear investigation reports and executive summaries with actionable recommendations
• Advise on findings and track corrective actions to closure
• Maintain confidential case documentation and use case management systems
