Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Consultant to serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of employee benefits clients, dedicated to client happiness, retention, and growth. This role manages a book of business from $500K to $5M in annual revenue, develops and implements benefits strategies, and collaborates with Account Managers and Producers to deliver exceptional service.

Success requires consultative skills, financial foresight, and strong knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Life & Health Insurance License (certificate/licensure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of employee benefits clients, driving client happiness, retention and growth.
• Manage a book of business generating significant annual revenue and achieve financial goals.
• Develop and implement benefits strategies to improve client outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Producers and team members to complete annual service plans and key initiatives.
• Provide proactive solutions and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
