Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an employee benefits attorney.
• Experience counseling employee benefit plan sponsors with respect to ERISA and IRS requirements for 401(k) plans.
• Experience reviewing merger and acquisition agreements for ERISA review.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements and incentive plans.
• ERISA compliance.
• Strong academic credentials.
