• 8+ years of experience in employee benefits law.
• Experience with ERISA and IRS requirements for 401(k) plans.
• Experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions benefit issues.
• Experience drafting executive employment agreements and incentive plans for employers/executives.
• ERISA compliance knowledge and practice.
• Strong academic credentials.
