Qualifications
- 8+ years of practice experience in employee benefits law.
- Experience counseling plan sponsors on ERISA and IRS requirements for 401(k) plans.
- Experience with ERISA issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions and reviewing related agreements.
- Experience drafting executive employment agreements and incentive plans for employers and executives.
- ERISA compliance knowledge.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Strong academic credentials.
