Job summary

The Graham Company, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an Account Analyst to provide daily service on assigned Employee Benefits accounts and eventually assume full management on select accounts. You will work with Benefit Consultants and Producers on marketing, data analysis, and renewal presentations.

Primary duties include handling service issues, maintaining client data, coordinating enrollments, and negotiating with carriers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in Employee Benefits (brokerage or insurer) focused on Health Insurance.
• Ability to develop client-specific solutions within established standards.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned accounts daily under Account Manager guidance.
• Assist in marketing, data analysis, and renewal proposals.
• Present renewal proposals to clients as assigned.
• Handle day-to-day service issues and client inquiries.
• Maintain client and benefit plan information in portals.
• Coordinate enrollments and client trainings as needed.
• Negotiate with carriers and stay current on market regulations.
• Attend client meetings and support broader team initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain client files.
