You will handle submissions, proposals, enrollments, and ongoing client relations, while maintaining data integrity in agency systems and addressing COBRA questions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• California Life & Health License required.
• 5+ years experience in Employee Benefits.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans with the Senior Client Manager and Risk Advisors.
• Submit marketing submissions to carriers for new and renewal accounts.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
• Manage New Business and Renewal processes.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and follow up with clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carriers; respond within 24 hours.
• Enter client data into Agency Management Systems and handle COBRA inquiries.
• Support risk advisors with client service and issue resolution.
