Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise plan documents and SPDs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employee benefits laws.
• Represent clients in regulatory matters with IRS and DOL.
• Support corporate transactions with due diligence and integration.
• Stay updated on developments in ERISA and benefits law.
