This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Our firm is committed to expanding its ERISA and employee benefits practice, and we plan to add 1-3 additional attorneys in this area over the next one to two years.

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance on a broad range of employee benefits matters including pension, retirement plans, health benefits, welfare benefits, and executive compensation. This position also requires deep understanding of compliance with federal and state regulations, drafting plan documents, and summary plan descriptions.
