Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Sr. Emerging Technology Instructor to deliver effective learning experiences at the Millbury, Massachusetts Training Center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Electrical Operations, including knowledge of Electric Overhead systems and possess a valid CDL A driver's license.

Responsibilities include developing high-quality training programs, conducting needs assessments, and liaising with various departments to resolve training issues. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $133,000 to $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Electrical Operations experience with knowledge in Electric Overhead.
• Journeyman/Journeywoman in Overhead Distribution or rated line worker in Overhead Distribution.
• Valid CDL A driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Standards to understand new technologies pending rollout.
• Develop and deliver blended training programs.
• Conduct assessments of training needs for new equipment and procedures.
