Job summary

CONNECTICUT NATURAL GAS CORPORATION is seeking a Program Manager for Emergency Prep Planning to develop and maintain emergency plans across the organization. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure plans are current and ready for training, exercises, and real events.

This role reports to the Director of Emergency Preparedness and supports training, tracking actions, and response operations. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, apply FEMA or equivalent planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree plus 10+ years.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams through a planning process.
• Strong project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deliberate planning to update or develop plans for training and emergencies.
• Lead workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams; facilitate planning sessions.
• Track plan maintenance and ensure external deadlines and internal requirements are met.
