Job summary

Orange & Rockland is seeking a Senior Specialist to coordinate emergency response logistics and provide ICS support during emergencies. The role requires leading logistics, vendor relationships, and budget controls to ensure fast, compliant response capabilities across service territories.

Qualifications

• Experience in Incident Command Structure or equivalent emergency management framework.
• Proven ability to coordinate emergency resources and logistics.
• Experience with procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency response logistics including staging, lodging, and mobile command centers.
• Lead ICS activities and support mutual aid restoration operations.
• Administer logistics assignments, rosters, and call-out lists.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct readiness audits of logistics assets.
• Manage vendor agreements for emergency services and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement and technology deployment for operations.
