Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience planning and leading emergency management exercises and projects.
• 4+ years of experience with emergency management at the federal level.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to optimize performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiar with Office 365 tools.
• Knowledge of HSEEP doctrine and emergency management guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead emergency management exercises with clients and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, execute and evaluate exercises and scenarios.
• Facilitate discussions to align priorities and foster collaboration.
• Document lessons learned and craft actionable recommendations.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure quality deliverables.
