Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to apply emergency management expertise to national preparedness programs. You’ll design, develop, execute, and evaluate exercises using HSEEP doctrine, coordinating with clients and stakeholders. You will lead discussions, synthesize lessons learned, and craft actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

U.S. citizenship is required given the government client and security vetting.

Formación

• 8+ years planning and leading emergency management exercises and projects
• 4+ years federal-level emergency management experience
• Experience coordinating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to optimize performance
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of HSEEP doctrine and emergency management guidelines
• Ability to maintain project schedules and ensure quality deliverables
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple high-priority assignments
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
