Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager, EMEA to lead delivery of utility infrastructure across hyperscale data center projects in the region. The role requires coordinating with development, construction, operations, finance, legal, consultants, and utilities to secure power capacity and manage interconnection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, relevant project management experience in delivery of large-scale utility infrastructure.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in delivery of utility connections or similar complex technical projects across EMEA; Data Centre experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, French, Italian and/or Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish project leadership for infrastructure projects, build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CloudHQ’s EMEA Energy Lead in negotiations with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity.
• Lead project governance, reporting and approvals processes.
• Define and manage scope, budget, programme, and development strategy.
• Ensure delivery from feasibility through construction to handover of utility infrastructure across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
