• Mentoring others in recruiting activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical, full-cycle hiring strategies for Field Engineering roles in EMEA.
• Build and activate engaged pipelines for Field Engineering and related roles across EMEA.
• Partner with Field Engineering leaders to calibrate roles, seniority, and hiring needs.
• Use market data to close roles and set expectations with leadership and managers.
• Contribute to workforce planning decisions with data and forecasting insights.
