Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science including EMC design or RF physics.
• Deep experience with Electromagnetic Compatibility testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for EMI/EMC issues.
• Knowledge of ISO, IEC, CISPR EMC standards appears favorable.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and execute EMC test plans for electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Investigate and troubleshoot EMC-related issues and test equipment.
• Manage EMC testing projects with proper requirements and timelines.
• Communicate requirements across multiple industries and teams.
• Document results per applicable standards.
• Mentor technicians and engineers in EMC hardening.
• Automate testing using EMC test automation tools and AI.
• Provide EMC consulting with Caterpillar design engineers.
