Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Engineer to work with internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure hardware meets EMC, safety and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating tests, certifications, and documentation, with travel up to 25% and on-site work. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in EMC/Product Safety, with strong knowledge of CISPR, EN, UL standards and practical test equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of EMC / Product Safety / Compliance experience (7–10 years preferred).
• Proficient with CISPR, CSA, EN, IECEE CB Scheme, FCC, NEBS, TUV and UL.
• Familiar with National Electric Code basics and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with EMC and Product Safety testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMC and product safety compliance activities for F5 hardware.
• Coordinate NEBS compliance testing for F5 hardware products.
• Engage testing vendors and manage certification processes.
• Stay updated on domestic and international EMC/Safety standards.
• Review new hardware designs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support internal/external testing for regulatory standards (up to 25% travel).
• Develop in-house test procedures, plans, and compliance documentation.
• Lead root-cause analysis for non-compliance issues.
