Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on EMC/EMI and Environmental Compliance testing.
• Experience with avionics standards and RTCA DO-160G compliance testing.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and safety compliance testing.
• Understanding of certification and regulatory submission processes (FCC and others).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute RTCA DO-160G compliance testing for avionics products.
• Perform and support EMI/EMC, Environmental, and Safety Compliance testing.
• Analyze test failures, perform root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate and support product qualification and certification activities.
• Prepare test documentation, compliance reports, and certification packages.
