Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior EMC Compliance Engineer to lead RTCA DO-160G testing and support EMI/Environmental/Safety compliance efforts for avionics products. You will analyze test results, drive corrective actions, and coordinate certification activities.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years hands-on EMC/EMI experience, with knowledge of FCC filings and certification processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on EMC/EMI testing experience.
• Experience with avionics standards and RTCA DO-160G testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety testing skills.
• Understanding of regulatory submissions (FCC and others).

Responsibilities

• Lead RTCA DO-160G compliance testing for avionics products.
• Perform EMI/EMC, Environmental, and Safety tests.
• Analyze test failures and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate product qualification and certification activities.
• Prepare test documentation and certification packages.
