Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an experienced firmware/embedded tester to validate BLE interfaces for CGM transmitters and the Dexcom G7 Application. The role emphasizes a strong Python scripting background, test development, and working within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, with 5–8 years related experience or advanced degrees with appropriate experience.
• 2–4 years firmware/embedded testing experience required.
• 2+ years of Embedded C experience a plus, 2+ years of Python scripting required.

Responsibilities

• Validate BLE interface of Nordic/Silicon Labs CGM transmitters and Dexcom G7 Application.
• Execute BLE Interoperability tests to evaluate system performance and compatibility of BLE vendors/versions.
• Perform system-level use cases (Intended use, Cross-Body, Direct-To-Watch, Range, Interoperability) and analyze results for feedback to Next-Gen transmitters.
• Debug customer-reported issues and support Development team/Vendors to resolve issues.
• Utilize Python, ADB, Ellisys, Selenium, and Appium to develop functional and stability tests.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
