Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Staff SW QA Engineer to lead software quality efforts in a remote United States position. You will drive risk management activities, V&V planning, and compliance with IEC 62304 and FDA standards across multiple products and teams.

You will mentor teams, guide SDLC improvements, and collaborate with regulatory and clinical partners to ensure safe, effective CGM solutions while supporting a flexible, remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of related experience, or a Master’s with 5–7 years, or a PhD with 2–4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for software quality, risk management, and lifecycle compliance activities.
• Lead risk assessments for software anomalies, cybersecurity, and post-market issues.
• Mentor software quality engineers and cross-functional teams to improve QMS practices.
