High Power Media Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Embedded Software Engineer-Test Automation to advance autonomous and robotic machines, collaborating across hardware and software teams to validate embedded systems.

Role involves designing automated tests, supporting production test processes, and occasional travel to customer sites, with expertise in Pytest, C++, and MATLAB helping ensure product reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing tests for complex embedded products.
• 2+ years embedded software test automation and test framework development.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test methods and procedures to transition products from design into volume manufacturing with automated tests.
• Execute regression, performance, stress, and reliability tests for Fort devices; document test plans.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to debug firmware and electrical issues.
• Contribute to testability requirements early in product development.
• Support R&D test environments and production test processes with partners.
• Travel 10-20% to customer sites to enable success.
