• 8–10 years in software or systems engineering for regulated devices.
• Experience with medical device lifecycle, design controls, and validation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess system and software challenges, determine root cause, and define practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, architecture descriptions, and control logic.
• Collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, quality, regulatory, and operations teams.
• Create and maintain system architecture using engineering best practices.
• Draft test plans and verification protocols to improve coverage and traceability.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory expectations and cybersecurity considerations.
