Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 8–10 years of electrical/electromechanical experience in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead projects independently and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical and electromechanical systems, from PCBAs to sensors and test systems.
• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects with defined scope and milestones.
• Provide urgent production support for electrical failures and yield losses.
• Troubleshoot at component level using schematics and test data.
• Lead ECOs with impact assessment and validation support.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ activities for electrical equipment and changes.
• Develop and approve electrical test methods and automated test systems.
• Collaborate across Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service.
