Qualifications

Strong proficiency in C and experience developing embedded software on Linux.
Experience with system-level design, architectural decision-making, and feature ownership.
Proven ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on.
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own a feature area end-to-end, including architecture, design, implementation, and delivery.
Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded software using C (required) on Linux-based systems; Python for tooling and testing as needed.
Perform architectural design, system planning, and feature-level ownership aligned with overall product architecture.
Break down work into tasks, coordinate execution, and lead feature delivery across the team.
Conduct code reviews, ensure software quality, and mentor junior engineers.
Write and execute test plans; debug integration issues and drive solutions.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to communicate design status and resolve issues.
Work as a hands on Technical Lead.
