Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial products.
• Experience with embedded firmware and microcontroller-based designs.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and lab/test equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems from concept through production launch.
• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power‑electronics circuits.
• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers.
• Make architecture decisions affecting performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with firmware, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Create and maintain engineering docs including BOMs and specs.
• Plan hardware verification, environmental, and regulatory tests.
• Lead root-cause investigations for critical issues.
