Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical Technologies team in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego area. You will contribute to embedded systems, high-power motor drives, and advanced sensors in a fast-paced R&D environment.

The role requires a strong background in embedded systems, FPGA/MPSoC, and a range of tools including Xilinx Vivado/Vitis and LabVIEW. This is a fully onsite position with 9/80 work schedule and exceptional collaboration with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Embedded systems development (processor, microcontroller, FPGA, MPSoC) experience essential.
• Mixed-signal circuit design (analog/digital) required.
• Experience with hardware systems including digital, analog, RF, optical is required.
• Knowledge of DoD review processes (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems for high-performance system-of-systems.
• Lead architecture and project development for Xilinx/Microsemi devices.
• Contribute to design, analysis, and testing across hardware platforms.
