Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior FAE- Embedded Solutions Engineer based in Itasca, IL.

You will engage with clients to craft technical solutions in embedded analog, power, and signal conditioning, driving design wins and new revenue through demos, proofs of concept, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will lead customer engagements, provide training, and develop reference designs, leveraging deep expertise in analog power management and sensor interfaces to deliver

Qualifications

• Proficiency in power management design, including LDOs, buck/boost converters, and isolation considerations.
• Experience with analog sensor and signal chain design and analog power management.
• Knowledge of PMBus, I2C, SPI, UART interfaces and related design considerations.
• Strong debugging, simulation, and prototype support skills.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive design wins to revenue at assigned accounts by providing in-depth engineering support and demos.
• Lead architectural discussions and reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Develop reference designs and co-create value with clients to expand product revenue.
• Provide training and seminars for customers and internal staff.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
