You will engage with clients to design and implement solutions, drive design wins to revenue, and co-create value by bringing up and debugging client systems. You will build consensus for Microchip's solutions, lead reference designs, and partner with field teams to shorten development time while improving manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Extensive power management design experience across linear and switching topologies.
• Strong knowledge of analog sensor interfaces and signal conditioning.
• Experience shaping design wins and customer engagements.
• Ability to perform schematic reviews and PCB layout.
• Familiarity with PMBUS or DEPA-like protocols helpful.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive design wins to revenue at assigned accounts.
• Provide in-depth engineering support including demos and PoCs.
• Visit, train, and advise customers on embedded solutions.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver ROI.
• Lead architectural discussions and design reviews.
• Create content and deliver technical sessions for clients.
