Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related STEM.
• 8+ years experience in embedded software testing, QA, or verification and validation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks.
• Programming skills in Python, C#, C++, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define verification and validation strategies for embedded software.
• Develop software qualification plans and establish traceability.
• Create regression, integration, system, functional, and performance tests.
• Build Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead software quality initiatives and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate across Software, FPGA, Systems, Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, and Product Engineering.
• Improve verification processes and evaluate new testing technologies.
