Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience leading software teams and delivering on time.
• Proven embedded software development and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise software engineers, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage budget, cost, and schedule inputs for software department.
• Collaborate on system and software designs with staff.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Review customer specs and translate into designs with cost as a design variable.
• Lead design-to-cost and drive program design.
• Document specifications and participate in proposals.
• Perform design, development, analysis, and testing of software systems.
• Communicate with customers and team; participate in meetings.
