Job summary

RTX, located in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Software Engineer with embedded development experience to join the Space and RF Sensors team.

You will contribute across the full software lifecycle—from architecture and design to integration, test, and field support—possibly leading a small software team.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 5+ years of software experience, proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and Git, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Proficiency in C++, Java, Python.
• Experience with SDLC, integration & testing, debugging tools.
• Git version control experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
