Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in embedded systems with strong C/C++ experience and RTOS expertise. You will design, develop, and refactor embedded software for next-generation platforms, collaborating across hardware, software, security, and test teams.

The role includes migrating applications to newer platforms, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in design reviews. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite in Plantation, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with embedded systems and embedded software architecture.
• 3+ years of programming experience in C and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Experience debugging multithreaded and concurrent applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
