Job summary

Stellantis Auburn Hills seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to join a team developing basic software for EE/core and powertrain modules. You will analyze requirements, design, code, and test, producing design documents and verification plans.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' embedded C/C++ experience (hand-coding).
• Experience with software development process adherence.
• Experience with Vector/ETAS/AUTOSAR Basic Software configuration of DEM/DCM.
• Experience in software verification/validation including white/black/gray box testing.
• Experience using data acquisition tools; strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Experience with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer.
• Experience with NXP Cobra-55, Aurix TC family microprocessors.
• Experience using Lauterbach debuggers.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic software components for EE/core and powertrain modules.
• Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, test planning and testing.
• Create software design documents and C/C++/assembly code; conduct reviews/inspections.
• Collaborate with controls, calibration, and systems engineers; interact with vendors.
