Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred.
• 10+ years of operational intelligence experience or related software support.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and adapt fielded capability with users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a technical audience.
• Willingness to relocate to, or work extended assignments at, the supported mission location, including OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Work with on-site analysts to understand mission needs and build software solutions.
• Design and develop software interfaces with enterprise tools used by analysts to increase data value.
• Provide on-site integration, configuration, workflow automation, and troubleshooting support at the site.
• Document observed use cases and capability gaps for roadmap updates on cadence.
• Deliver hands-on training and maintain trust while staying within contract scope and security constraints.
