Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational intelligence experience in analytic, targeting, collection, watch-floor environment or related software development support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce structured observation reporting.
• Willingness to relocate or work at mission location including OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Understand mission and create innovative software solutions that streamline analysts' workflows.
• Design and develop software that interfaces with enterprise tools used by analysts.
• Catalog all generated software for enterprise baseline tracking.
• Develop proficiency in analytic tradecraft to translate operator problems into technical terms.
• Provide on-site integration, configuration, and troubleshooting support with 48-hour resolution commitment.
• Document use cases, gaps, and unmet missions in a structured format and feed into roadmap.
• Support connection of enterprise analytic capability to adjacent mission systems and data sources.
• Deliver hands-on training and maintain trust while operating within contract scope and security requirements.
