Qualifications

• Degree in software/engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years embedded software and control systems experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ on MCU platforms.
• Strong control theory background and PID concepts.
• Experience with safety-critical product development.

Responsibilities

• Design and tune control algorithms for embedded and real-time systems.
• Translate requirements into software architecture and specs.
• Develop production-quality C/C++ software for MCUs.
• Implement communication software per standards.
• Create and maintain software documentation and traceability.
• Build unit/integration/system test strategies and verify performance.
• Support integration, troubleshooting, and field issues.
• Engage in reviews and safety analyses with cross-functional teams.
