Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 4 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years related experience.
• Strong C++ and object-oriented design skills required.
• Experience with embedded real-time software and Linux environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for embedded devices and systems from requirements through production and support.
• Lead significant software features and technical execution across the development life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance and interface requirements.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and formal testing.
• Contribute to software test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Engage in peer reviews and defect tracking to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Help define technical direction for features or subsystems.
