L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Software Engineering in Salt Lake City, UT. You'll join a team developing embedded software for real-time control of advanced radio equipment and contribute across the full software lifecycle.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess strong multi-language programming skills, including C/C++, Java, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/computer science field.
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages listed in preferred skills.
• Experience or coursework in embedded systems and real-time software.

Responsibilities

• Apply CS/engineering concepts to develop software for target applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design interfaces between hardware and software.
• Support SDLC activities across requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing of embedded software.
• Develop test procedures, programs, and documentation for software.
• Use modeling tools to establish operating data and evaluate results.
• Participate in peer reviews and defect tracking.
