Senior Embedded Software Engineer | Los Angeles

Base salary: up to $220,000 (depending on experience), plus equity

A fast-growing Space technology company is looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to help design and deliver class-leading products for demanding applications.

You'd be joining a small but highly successful company where you'd have real technical ownership and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute across all layers of Embedded systems software including low-level platform development and embedded application software. (A background in either kernel or user space development is fine)

You'd work closely with a small cross-functional team including Electrical Engineers and FPGA designers, taking products from initial customer requirements through to production and customer integration.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C++ or C programming for embedded systems


• Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS development


• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)


• Experience in safety-critical environments is a plus


• Due to government contracts, applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
