Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or information systems.
• Architect or lead with 7–10 years of experience in embedded software architecture.
• Experience designing architectures for complex embedded systems in safety-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence software design decisions.
• Experience with perception technologies, sensor fusion, camera, radar, or collision avoidance.
• Proficient with ROS/ROS2 and distributed middleware.

Responsibilities

• Define the embedded software architecture for collision mitigation systems, ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Lead design and integration of software frameworks for camera, radar, and sensing within safety-critical embedded environments.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and roadmaps while guiding development teams.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and validation engineers to translate requirements into robust architectural solutions that meet performance, safety, and reliability objectives.
• Drive software architecture decisions across embedded Linux and real-time environments, balancing technical tradeoffs, product priorities, and long-term platform strategy.
