RTX is seeking a Principal Software Security Engineer to join the Software Product Assurance team in El Segundo, CA. You will develop and secure embedded sensor software, using C/C++ across real-time platforms, and ensure TDMC-based execution in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.

The role requires a DoD Secret security clearance, a STEM degree, and extensive embedded software security experience. Onsite work with relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• Typically requires STEM degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in embedded software security and C, C++.
• Experience with embedded OS such as VxWorks or Embedded Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Provide security software for embedded sensor systems across platforms.
• Apply software security principles to design, development, integration and testing.
• Develop software in C/C++ on multiple computing platforms.
• Ensure Software Product Assurance processes are followed on programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement TDMC-based execution development and deployment requirements.
